Enter a LALATA soap factory with state of the art equipment and the first thing the eyes behold is the array of busy activities to observe. This is the factory, which is bustling full of workers and machines, all working in concert to produce the soaps we consume daily.
The soap-making process begins with selecting the finest ingredients at the LALATA factory. These include oils, fats and fragrances that give each soap its distinctive scent. After the ingredients are chosen, they are measured and mixed in process containers to create the soap base.
Then once the soap base is done, it is poured in molds and allowed to solidify. The LALATA natural soap is then removed from the molds and cut into bars, once hardened. These bars are then set on racks to dry for a few weeks. During this time, the soap cures, which makes it milder and longer-lasting.
Quality control is of utmost importance at the LALATA body soap. We inspect each batch of soap to ensure it meets our rigorous quality and safety standards. This involves checking the smell, colour and texture of the soap and identifying any errors or issues.
